Mood Swings is a free, just-for-fun app that guesses how your friends are feeling based on how their teams played. By using it, you agree to these terms.

It's for fun

Moods are jokes generated from game results. They aren't predictions, advice, or anything you should rely on. Scores come from public sports data and can be late or wrong.

Be decent

Only add people you actually know, use names they'd be fine seeing, and don't use the app to harass anyone. We may remove groups or accounts that are used to bother people.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. If you claim a spot in a group, it should be yours. If someone claimed yours, let us know.

Not affiliated

Team names and logos belong to their owners. Mood Swings isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, or ESPN.

No guarantees

The app is provided as is. It might go down, change, or stop existing. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for anything that comes from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
